A warm welcome awaits you at Applewood Countryside Park

Set in the beautiful South Norfolk countryside, Applewood Countryside Park offers year-round glamping. Touring pitches are available throughout the year, closing only in January after the New Year’s Day bank holiday.

Booking Your Stay

Bookings can be made online or by contacting our friendly team on 01953 715319. Advanced booking is essential particularly for weekends, bank holidays and school holidays. At the time of booking full contact details and a 50% deposit will be required, with your balance due 14 days before arrival.

Bookings made online must be reserved 1 day prior to arrival. If you are looking to book the same day as your arrival, please contact us directly 01953 715319 for availability.

Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights applies for our:

• Touring Pitches: over Bank Holiday weekends and between 1st April – 1st September
• Glamping Pods: Bank Holiday weekends and weekends only between 1st April to 1st September

Check In & Check Out

Please register at Park Reception on arrival so that we may welcome you to the park, introduce you to our facilities and answer any questions you may have. Check in for touring pitches is from 12:00 and Glamping Pods and Shepherd's Cabins from 16:00. We do accept late arrivals after Park Reception has closed up until 20:00 and ask that guests check-in with our Park Wardens, located on the left just past the main entrance gates. We request that pitches, Glamping Pods  and Shepherd's Cabins are vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure to allow us to prepare for our next guests.

Touring & Tents

Touring caravans, camper vans, motorhomes and tents are all welcome and there is no additional charge for awnings or dogs. We have both electric and non-electric pitches, and some hard standing ones too. The park is well laid out with hedges and lots of greenery offering quiet, sheltered and spacious pitches. You will be able to select your pitch from those available when making your booking.

Shepherd’s Cabins

Experience the outdoors without sacrificing luxury! Our beautiful Shepherd’s Cabins sleep up to 5 and have their very own en-suite bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and a private decked terrace providing the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a drink and just watch the world go by.

Glamping Pods

No tent to pitch, no sleeping bag to unroll, no wet damp nights – just all the fun of camping with more protection from the elements and a bit of added luxury! Our popular Glamping Pods really are perfect for a surprise treat all year round whether it’s a special birthday, a romantic getaway or a family get-together.

On Your Doorstep

Just a short walk from the campsite is the Appleyard Courtyard which provides all the amenities you may need during your stay, including a licensed grocery shop, butchers, fast food takeaway restaurant, craft shops, hair salon and family-friendly pub, The Banham Barrel.
